A dazzling specimen of red realgar crystals growing from Quiruvilca Mine, Peru. Realgar has intense red color with some orange nuances and waxy lustrous faces. The main 20mm crystal is sharp, complete all over and translucent. It shows some skeletal features. It sits aesthetically at the top of the white quartz base and forms a superb focal point. Dark sphalerite is seen too. In good condition – some small nicks.
