A fine specimen of gemmy olive-green sphalerite var. cleiophane crystals to 14mm with galena cubes from the famous Madan ore field, Bulgaria. Cleiophanes are chunky, translucent to gem with a nice color. They have from matt to glassy faces. Sharp galena cubes to 16mm and matt luster enrich the display. Quartz forms the base. It displays attractively all over. In excellent condition – some minor contacts.
