A gorgeous specimen of baryte crystals formed over green malachite crust from a new find in Lupoto Mine, Haut-Katanga, Congo - Kinshasa. It displays sharp tabular baryte crystals. They are colorless with brown phantoms, transparent, clear and strongly, glassy lustrous. The malachite has a rich green color and it grows in a delicate botryoidal crust. Cool example for this uncommon material. In excellent condition – some small outside edge contacts and micro nicks.
Astonishing!
