A fine gemmy garnet var. andradite crystal from Arrondissement Diakon, Kayes Region, Mali. The crystal of 29mm has a rich tobacco color and sharp rhombic dodecahedral habit combined with a strong luster. It has a good gemminess. The andradite is almost complete all over with small contact areas. It displays nicely from all sides. In very good condition – some contacts.
