A sculptural combo specimen of serandite crystals decorating tan catapleiite pseudomorph with rare manganoneptunite, aegirine and albite from this great locality - Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada. Lustrous salmon pink serandite crystals grow all over. The catapleiite pseudomorph is after sodalite or eudialyte. Black aegirine needle crystals and colorless albite give a contrast. The small manganoneptunites are with rich dark red color. It displays all over 360 degree. For references see the 1990 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 21, # 4.
