Marvelous specimen of gem Hessonite Garnets decorated with one vertical Diopside crystal from Bellecombe, Aosta Valley, Italy. The Hessonite crystals are gem with rich red-brown color up to 5mm. They have sharp crystallization with strong luster and nicely reflect the light. One dominant gemmy Diopside crystal grows atop making an aesthetic focal point. Some outside edge contacts and partial contact on the back side of the Diopside. On acrylic base.
