Beautiful and sculptural specimen displaying Smoky Quartz crystals standing attractively on a white Microcline base and decorated by small gem Spessartine Garnets from Tongbei, Fujian Province, China. The Spessartine crystals to 1mm are gem and bright with rich orange color. They have sharp rhombic dodecahedral habit. The Smoky Quartz crystals are very sharp, lustrous, transparent and clear with very dark smoky-black color. One of them is doubly terminated. The stand is very aesthetic and balanced with strong contrast. Some Muscovite is seen too. In good condition – some small damages. On acrylic base.
