First grade quality Dioptase specimen from this great locality - Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. It was found 1988. The crystals are brilliantly lustrous with gorgeous dark emerald-green color and very sharp, perfectly terminated crystals to 17mm. The main crystal is doubly terminated. The quality is superior – very fresh and shiny. The crystals are gem with marvelous neon green nuances. The small base is formed by Quartz crystals. Some minor green Duftite is seen too. In good condition – some small nicks and contacts.
