Excellent small specimen of pristine gem Anglesite crystals growing in a cluster from Touissit, Morocco. The mine produced some of the finest Anglesite specimens in the world and this is a nice piece. It displays prismatic crystals measuring up to 18mm in length. They are incredibly gem and glassy clear with superb striations on the faces. The terminations are perfect and razor sharp. The main crystal is doubly terminated. The Anglesite has light yellow color. All faces are highly lustrous and light reflective. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 6. In good condition – some small nicks and contacts. On acrylic base.
Splendid!
