Top specimen of honey-orange colored Grossular Garnets to 15mm from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. They are transparent, gem quality with superb luster and deep rich color. The Grossular contrasts strongly on white Albite base. The crystals have from rhombic dodecahedral to trapezohedral habit with sharp crystallization. They have nice striations characteristic for Jeffrey mine. With such amazing gemminess, glassy luster and irresistible color it is truly superb Garnet from this great and closed mine.
